Final processing oiling

The general trend of returning to nature, especially in Western Europe, has returned oil to the big door as a final floor processing. Flaxseed-based oxidizing oils produce a thin film on the wood surface that protects it from wear and tear, giving it a completely natural appearance. The appearance of the wood treated in this way is completely natural and ideal for combination with other traditional materials such as stone, as well as with very modern, glossy polished glass and stainless steel surfaces.

Oil surfaces require a little more attention in periodic maintenance, but are very grateful because they leave the possibility of easy reparation, and after each new oil the tree takes on a fresh appearance. It is not necessary to re-sand the floor during repairs, except in the case of major mechanical damage.
